We take pride in carefully packaging retro games, collectibles, trading cards, gaming hardware, and other treasures to help ensure they arrive safely.

Order Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Please note that weekends, holidays, severe weather events, and carrier delays may occasionally impact processing and delivery times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Methods

The Jello Vault offers carrier-calculated shipping at checkout. Available shipping options and rates are determined based on your location and the size, weight, and contents of your order.

Customers may select from available USPS shipping services during checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically by Shopify and USPS at the time of purchase.

Estimated Transit Times

Transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Typical USPS delivery estimates are:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Approximately 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 1–3 business days

Please note that these are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

The Jello Vault is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • A description of the issue
