At The Jello Vault, we specialize in retro video games, gaming hardware, collectibles, trading cards, and other unique treasures. Many items we sell are pre-owned, vintage, collectible, discontinued, or one-of-a-kind.
Because of the collectible nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

We encourage customers to carefully review all photos, descriptions, condition notes, and item details before placing an order. The item pictured is the item you will receive unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Many products may show normal signs of age, use, shelf wear, label wear, case wear, sticker residue, cosmetic imperfections, or other characteristics commonly associated with vintage and pre-owned collectibles.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, vintage video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories are sold as used items.
While items are inspected and tested when applicable, vintage electronics can be sensitive to age, shipping conditions, cleaning methods, storage conditions, and user setup. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their own equipment.
Trading Cards & Collectibles
Raw trading cards are sold as ungraded collectibles. Condition assessments are our opinion and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of any third-party grading outcome.
We do not offer refunds based on grading results, centering expectations, surface expectations, or submission outcomes from PSA, BGS, CGC, or other grading companies.
